Jana Kramer bio
Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, country-pop musician and songwriter, when she was a character in the TV show One Tree Hill. She played Alex for three of its final four seasons. In the series' episodes she performed her country debut albums. The album bearing the same name was ranked among the top 20 albums of the Billboard 200's Top 20. The follow-up Thirty One in 2015 Thirty One reached the Top Ten. When she finished the decade the year, she appeared on Dancing with the Stars. Released in 2021 was the self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer, born in Rochester Hills Michigan and raised there, fell in love with country music. Later she would pursue the career of a recording artist. But her first professional role was as an actress in the indie horror flick Dead/Undead at the age of 22 when she was an teen. Guest spots on TV shows like All My Children and CSI: NY followed over the next few years until she was cast in the role as Noelle Davenport on NBC's Friday Night Lights in the series' second season, 2007-2008. Kramer played on 90210 between 2008 and 2009 as Portia as well as Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009, where she played the role of Alex Dupre. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet on Aerosmith made the album achieve even greater success which saw it reach the top three place at the top of the Billboard 200. In September the singer was a part of two weeks in the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars, that ended in fourth position. The same year, she had a hit adult contemporary song with Straight No Chaser's Feels like Christmas.
